Description:
BREMSS Con-Ed conference for January 14-15-16, 2010. This one day conference will be repeated three times for all three shifts (A, B, and C). Each day will be hosted at a different site within the Region in an attempt to minimize travel for attendees.
Jan. 14 will be at Jefferson State - Carson Road campus.
Jan. 15 will be at Jefferson State - Valleydale Road campus.
Jan. 16 will be at City of Moody Civic Center.
There will be a small vendor show each day as well. So far, Medtronic / Physio Control, Southern Linc, Bound Tree, Jones and Bartlett Publishers, Jefferson State Community College, City of Moody, and Armstrong Medical will be co-sponsoring the event. We hope this list continues to grow.
Speakers / Topics committed so far include a pediatric airway session by Children's Hospital Emergency Medicine Attending's (Dr. Klanser, Dr. Baler, and Dr. Mitchell), Katie Talk will speak on ITDs (sponsored by Bound Tree), carbon monoxide speaker sponsored by Medtronic / Physio Control, Dr. Robertson will speak on sexual assault, Dennis Blair from ADPH / OEMS & Trauma will speak as well.
Registration is $20.00. This fee will cover a catered meal each day and a T-Shirt to commemorate the event. Make you check or money order payable to BREMSS.
