We understand that there have been many questions concerning additional PPE supply needs. We have been working diligently to formulate a solution to assist our agencies in mitigating this problem.
Below is a link to a form that needs to be completed concerning your agency’s PPE needs. Please
complete the ENTIRE form and have it submitted no later than noon tomorrow, March 18, 2020. Once these forms have been evaluated, additional PPE will be distributed through the Regional Offices appropriately. We may not be able to fulfill your total request, but we will do our best to ensure that these supplies are distributed fairly and efficiently.
Please note that all requests made to EMA through the WebEOC will not be fulfilled. This form is an EMS Provider Agency’s access to additional PPE supplies.
