ATCC and COVID-19

The Director of the ATCC sent this to all ATCC Communicators.
They will be adding questions about COVID-19 on all calls.

Effective immediately, for all acute care system-entry patients (Trauma, Stroke, STEMI), obtain, from the caller, the following information:

Has the patient been evaluated for COVID-19?
No signs/symptoms
Potential COVID-19 with signs/symptoms
Unable to Obtain

Include the COVID-19 evaluation information obtained in the LifeTrac notes tab.

Give the patient's COVID-19 evaluation status during the ATCC verbal report to the receiving hospital.
